Where do I find the CSV code on my notice?
The CSV (secure verification code) usually appears at the top or bottom of each page of the notice. You don't need it to contact us: if you can't find it, just send us a photo or the PDF on WhatsApp.
How long do I have to respond?
It depends on the notice. An information request usually gives 10 working days and an appeal one month. That is why you should send it to us as soon as possible: we check your exact deadline on receipt.
How much does it cost?
